Russel Lea Library, a personal favourite of Mitch’s, captures the love for timber and colour of both the client and architect. The playful palette of the kitchen juxtaposed with the Tasmanian spotted gum library wall and North Coast Brushbox flooring makes it the standout space of the home.

Unsympathetic additions from over the years were removed as the design sort to carefully style and craft new spaces for a professional couple with creative flair. The bathroom was redesigned to personal taste and the former garage space revamped into a streamlined laundry.
