Behind the rejuvenated heritage façade of rendered masonry, timber and greenery the design delivers generous living and entertaining areas which flow to outdoor areas. The warehouse wall mural reflects light into the first-floor bedroom and master suite. The heritage stamped brick form is fused with linear external Hardie cladding, monument finish metal works, a wall mural and polished concrete floor. The completed renovation maintains the touch of local history in a minimalistic home for a modern family.
